Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Front Desk Associate, where you'll be the welcoming face of our organization. This energetic role combines front desk responsibilities with proactive sales support, ensuring smooth office operations while engaging with clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle all front desk tasks including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area
Support office management by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication across teams
