Lifestyle Director (Sales/Marketing)

River Ridge II Retirement Home located in Winnipeg; Manitoba is currently seeking an individual for Lifestyle Director (Sales/Marketing).

The role is an exceptional opportunity for an enterprising, self-directed Sales professional who brings demonstrated experience in sales, a sense of urgency and a drive for results, and who genuinely enjoys interacting with seniors.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Support seniors and adult children in making informed choices through consultative selling
- Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets
- Manage telephone inquiries and convert to personal visit bookings
- Host tours, manage follow‑ups, and finalize sales with lease signings
- Track CRM sales activity and analyze reports to identify community‑specific trends
- Create, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic networking partnerships with the local healthcare community and within the community at large
- Build a qualified lead database and grow a strong portfolio of community partnerships
- Develop, promote, and implement marketing plans and events
- Assist individuals and their families in navigating their care by providing support options for memory are, dementia care, and services etc.
