The Role:

This squad is the core lead generation channel for our growing business—meaning you are valued, appreciated, and critical to our success. We connect with homeowners through neighborhood marketing (door-to-door outreach) — and it’s awesome! Let us show you why.
This is a great entry-level leadership opportunity in a rapidly expanding company with potential for fast promotion. You are a Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager-in-Training.

Build a solid sales acumen foundation.

Lead in the Manager’s Absence, ensuring smooth operations.
