Full job description

iGuard360° is currently hiring Tactical Security Guards for upcoming Soccer Centre events across the GTA. We are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-service focused guards to assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment during high-traffic sporting events and tournaments.

This position is ideal for guards who enjoy fast-paced environments, crowd interaction, and event operations.

Toronto & GTA Soccer Centre Locations

Responsibilities:

Monitor entrances, exits, and spectator areas
Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the facility
Assist with crowd management and access control
Provide excellent customer service to players, guests, and staff
Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures
Maintain a visible security presence during events
Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports

Qualifications:

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments
Reliable transportation considered an asset
Previous event, retail, tactical, or concierge security experience preferred
Availability for evenings, weekends, and late-night events

Certifications:

First Aid / CPR Level C
Use of Force / Handcuffing
Police Foundations or related education considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00 per hour
