Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Labourers to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across different departments to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Candidates should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks, work efficiently, and contribute positively to the team.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work sites to ensure safety and cleanliness
Operate basic tools and machinery as required, following safety guidelines
Help with inventory management, including stocking supplies and organizing storage areas
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support daily operations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential
Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to work well within a team environment
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a workplace setting
