Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly when needed
Ensure food safety and proper handling of all dishes and ingredients
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout service
Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specials
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to enhance customer satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in serving, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in restaurants or the food industry demonstrates strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role

Pay: $15.24-$22.89 per hour
