Schedule: TBD, up to 12 hours per day

Job Description:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating crews of 5–25 employees in the safe and efficient execution of construction and heavy equipment operations. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and safety standards while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years experience in a construction leadership role.
- 5-10 Years experience in the construction industry
- Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license and provide a 5 year drivers abstract that meets insurance requirements.

- Self-motivated, flexible and proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong safety culture.
- Positive attitude and willing to take direction
- Must have or be willing to obtain site-specific tickets
- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Must be able to complete a criminal record check if required
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct daily activities of crews ranging from 5–25 personnel.
- Conduct and audit Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Perform daily field tours to monitor work progress, identify hazards, and verify adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Meet with client representatives to discuss daily work plans, project progress, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with the Safety Department to investigate and resolve employee safety concerns and workplace issues.
- Lead and facilitate daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports, including manpower, equipment utilization, production, and project updates.
- Report mechanical issues to the maintenance department and coordinate repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure employees complete pre-operational inspections and equipment checks in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with project specifications.
- Mentor, train, and support new employees to promote skill development and successful integration into the workforce.
