Position Overview
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play an important role in driving company growth by developing strong relationships with new and existing clients while identifying opportunities to provide valuable solutions tailored to their needs.

This role combines a competitive hourly wage with a highly rewarding commission structure designed to encourage long-term success and performance growth.
Compensation Structure
- Competitive base wage of $25.00 per hour
- NET commission structure of 25% in addition to hourly compensation
- NET commission is calculated after applicable deductions beyond product cost, including shipping costs, discounts, refunds, returns, or additional direct job-related expenses
Example:
If a project sells for $1,000 and the total direct costs associated with that project equal $600, the remaining net margin is $400. The commission would then be calculated based on that $400 net margin.
This compensation structure is designed to reward performance while supporting long-term company sustainability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales growth
- Prepare estimates, quotations, and proposals for clients
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including design, production, marketing, web development, and administration
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate marketing, branding, print, signage, web, and promotional solutions
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Help ensure projects move efficiently from consultation to completion
- Represent Source Select professionally within the community and business environment
- Contribute to company growth through initiative, accountability, and teamwork

Location Requirement
This is an in-person position located in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Medicine Hat prior to the start date if applying from outside the area.
