Full job description

A global healthcare diagnostics organization is seeking a consultative and results-driven Territory Sales Consultant to support continued growth across Western Canada.

This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced diagnostic technologies and partner with healthcare professionals, laboratory leaders, and clinical stakeholders to improve patient care and operational excellence,with a primary focus on Hemostasis and Autoimmunity.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment, can navigate complex healthcare organizations, and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive territory growth and achieve annual sales objectives across Western Canada.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with laboratory leaders, clinicians, healthcare administrators, and procurement stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
Deliver compelling product and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
Create and execute strategic territory business plans.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM activities.
Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support, customer service, and operations teams.
Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and educational programs.
Maintain a high level of market, product, and competitive knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, medical device, or scientific environments.Primary focus on Hemostasis and Autoimmunity.
Previous laboratory, clinical, or diagnostic experience is highly desirable.
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success managing a territory and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Background

Clinical laboratory experience.
Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) designation.
Experience supporting hospitals, healthcare systems, diagnostic laboratories, or scientific customers.
Knowledge of regulated healthcare environments.

Location & Travel

Preferred location: Vancouver, British Columbia.
Territory coverage includes British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
Approximately 50% travel throughout the assigned territory.
