As a Cashier / Customer Service Sales Associate, you’re not just scanning items—you’re helping customers build decks, fix leaky faucets, choose paint colours, and walk out feeling confident about their projects. You’ll be the first and last point of contact, making sure each person has a truly great shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving)!

Customer Service Excellence Greet customers like neighbours—because they are!
Walk customers to the product— (we don’t point we partner).
Explain features, benefits, and options to help make best choice
Cross-training in multiple department
Develop strong product knowledge through training, online research, and hands-on learning

Store Standards & Maintenance

Keep your section tidy, clean, and looking sharp
Perform accurate cycle counts and help maintain inventory levels
Assist with special orders, quotes, and display creation
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
