Schedule: Monday - Friday

This will assist with potential next steps required to assist with facilitating treatment as required and return to work solutions. You will develop relationships with all stakeholders and provide advice daily.

Your Day-to-Day:

Key Responsibilities:
- Working cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Providing regular client education
- Collaborating with the inter-professional team within the clinic
- Assisting physiotherapists with client care, including the use of ultrasound equipment and exercise programs
- Collecting outcome measure data
- Completing administrative duties as required
- Maintaining, cleaning, and sterilizing medical equipment and clinical areas
- Managing inventory of clinical supplies
- Supporting general clinic operations, including light cleaning and laundry tasks
Additional Responsibilities (may include):
- Performing biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments in collaboration with registered clinicians and case managers
- Design, implement, and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning, and/or work hardening programs, and conduct biweekly reassessments of client progress through functional testing

What You Bring to the Team:

PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred
1+ years of experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset), but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
