We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Private Estate Caretaker / Housekeeper to provide exceptional care, organization, and upkeep of a beautiful private waterfront estate in Port Severn, Ontario. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

This is a long-term opportunity for an individual who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and property presentation. The successful candidate will work independently and play an important role in ensuring the residence, household, and surrounding property are maintained to an exceptional standard.

Responsibilities:

Estate & Household Care:

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented private residence.
Perform detailed housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, sanitizing, and general upkeep.
Manage laundry, ironing, linens, and bed preparation.
Maintain household supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Care for furnishings, appliances, and household items with exceptional attention to detail.
Organize household supplies, storage areas, and seasonal items.

Property Upkeep:

Assist with the upkeep of the estate’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
Maintain patios, walkways, waterfront areas, docks, outdoor furniture, and recreational spaces.
Perform light outdoor maintenance and seasonal property care, including spring and fall clean-up.
Assist with maintaining the vegetable garden, landscaped areas, and the overall appearance of the property.
Identify maintenance concerns and coordinate with service providers when required.
Monitor and report repairs or maintenance issues before they become larger problems.

Has exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Is trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
Can work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Is comfortable performing both housekeeping duties and light outdoor maintenance.
Has previous experience in private household management, estate care, professional housekeeping, hospitality, or residential property management.
Has reliable transportation.
