Milton Ford Lincoln is currently recruiting for a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team! The successful candidate will be organized and a self-starter, with strong attention to detail skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

What you’ll deliver:
- Engage with customers by welcoming them to Milton Ford Lincoln and creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
- Answering customer inquiries via email, text, and phone
- Understanding customer needs through listening and helping them find the right vehicle
- Demonstrating in-depth product Knowledge of our new vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, answering any questions they may have
- Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial interest to closing the deal; ensuring a smooth and transparent experience
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers through follow-up calls, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and the latest promotions and incentives
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment
- Know and understand all federal and provincial laws and municipal bylaws regulation related to retail automobile sales
What you need to succeed:
- You bring a minimum of 3 years of previous automotive sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Ford brand and adequate knowledge of other brands
- Experience in vAuto, CARFAX, Deskit and Auto Alert is preferred
- Strong attention to detail skills
- A valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license is required
- A valid OMVIC license
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Hard working with a positive attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Build ethics/integrity into all tasks and responsibilities
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
