This is a long term position for someone seeking consistent hours and growth within our company.

Are you outgoing, organized, and great with people? Love flowers, plants, and helping customers find the perfect gift?

Karen's Flower Shop is looking for a Full-Time Administrative & Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, talking with customers, multitasking, and being part of a positive team environment.

You’ll work with customers in-store, over the phone, and online while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. No two days are the same here, especially during busy floral holidays and events.

As we celebrate 60 years in business, we’re excited to welcome new team members into our newly renovated showroom and workspace. If you’re friendly, dependable, and excited to work around beautiful flowers every day, we’d love to meet you!
