Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables * Present menus and provide detailed information when needed * Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system * Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner * Handle customer requests or complaints politely and effectively * Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and service * Process bills and collect payments * Clear and reset tables for the next customers * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining area * Cooperate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members * Follow all health & safety regulations
Requirements
* Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory) *Strong communication and customer service skills *Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment *Basic math skills for handling payments *Positive attitude and teamwork skills *Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) *Legal eligibility to work in Canada (if applicable)
Physical Requirements
*Ability to stand and walk for long periods *Ability to carry trays, plates, and drinks safely
