Tâches et fonctions :

· Respecter les règlements de santé et sécurité au travail;

. Planifier les activités de production;

· Supervise directement l’équipe de nivellement;

· Connaissance et expérience sur la gestion de projet, y compris l’excavation, les travaux de nivelage, l’arpentage et les travaux d’excavation finale;

· Lire, comprendre et interpréter des dessins et des spécifications;

· Compléter des rapports sur le temps et la production;

· Communiquez professionnellement, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les superviseurs, les coéquipiers, les entrepreneurs, les clients et les partenaires fournisseurs;

- Assister à d'autres tâches diverses;

Exigences :

· Diplôme collégial en technologie du génie civil ou baccalauréat en génie civil et/ou expérience connexe

· Comprendre les exigences en matière de production et de qualité

· Expérience en supervision

· Très bonne capacité de leadership, communication et de travail d’équipe

· Autonome, rigoureux avec de l'esprit d'initiative

· Capacité physique adéquate au poste

· Avoir un permis de conduire valide

Tasks and functions

· Comply with occupational health and safety ;

.Plan production activities;

· Directly supervise the grading team;

· Knowledge and experience in project management, including excavation, grading, surveying and final excavation work;

· Read, understand and interpret drawings and specifications;

· Complete time and production reports;

· Communicate professionally, including but not limited to supervisors, teammates, contractors, customers and suppliers;

. Attend other various tasks as instructed;

Requirements:

· College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Bachelor of Civil Engineering and/or has experience

· Understand production and quality requirements

· Supervisory experience

· Very good communication and teamwork skills

· Autonomous, rigorous with a spirit of initiative

· Adequate physical capacity for the position

· Have a valid driver's license
