Tire Technician Job Description

Overview
We are currently seeking to hire a tire technician to join our team. A tire technician is responsible for dismounting, repairing and balancing tires.

Responsibilities

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tire-related tasks efficiently.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires, assessing tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality and overall health of tire
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and selection.
Assist in sales by recommending appropriate tire options based on customer needs.
Studding tires for snow use

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations up to 50 lbs
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
Experience is not require but considered an asset
