About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EPM Senior Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, specifically Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS/EDM), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
The successful candidate will play a critical role in architecting, implementing, and supporting scalable EPM Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and drive financial transformation initiatives. This position requires a blend of functional expertise, technical proficiency, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, support, and optimization of Oracle EPM Cloud services while maintaining business continuity.
- Collaborate with EPM consultants, business teams, and technology partners to ensure EPM solutions are scalable, secure, available, and aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership in shaping and enhancing Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
- Design, architect, implement, and support complex Oracle EPM Cloud solutions that address sophisticated business challenges.
- Ensure architectural consistency, governance, best practices, security, reliability, and performance across all EPM applications.
- Conduct detailed assessments of financial processes and business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization.
- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and map-gap workshops with business users to define solution alternatives and provide recommendations focused on minimizing customization and maximizing sustainability.
- Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to communicate business value and solution capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and leadership teams to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Support solution deployment, testing, user training, documentation, and post-implementation activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of Oracle EPM experience with strong focus on:
- Oracle EPBCS
- Oracle ARCS
- Oracle PCMCS
- Oracle EDMCS / EDM
- Minimum 3 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong experience in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale EPM solutions.
- Deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, profitability analysis, account reconciliation, and master data management processes.
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience creating documentation, solution designs, presentations, and client-facing collateral.

Pay: $155,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
