About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
In this role, you’ll:
- Run your own targeted candidate searches.
- Leverage our internal database of qualified candidates.
- Initiate outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn connections, emails, and SMS etc. to engage candidates.
- Build relationships, screen candidates, and match them to open roles to make high-impact placements.

Primary Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Use a combination of direct sourcing and our internal candidate database to fill pipelines.
- Work with sourcing agents to create targeted search strategies aligned with job requirements.
- Reach out to candidates via Phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and SMS to build rapport, screen for fit, and get them excited about opportunities.
- Present qualified, engaged candidates to hiring managers.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
- Participate in client calls to gather detailed role requirements.
- Proactively secure new job requisitions.
- Participate in business development activities (optional) and earn additional rewards for bringing in new business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency setting, preferably for technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Active LinkedIn presence.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to source and recruit more efficiently.
- Access to a personal computer with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Able to support clients across multiple time zones (Eastern and Pacific preferred).
- Competitive, results-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.
- Preferred: Familiarity with the electrical industry and its key job functions.
- Experience using an ATS (PCRecruiter experience is a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
