We are a premium lash extension studio with a focus on providing a high end service and experience. We care about the client, the environment and OUR TEAM. Without a healthy and happy staff we can't provide an amazing experience to our clients - and that just won't do!!
We have a focus on our staff health which is why we work with organic products wherever possible. We also have built custom designed (patent pending) "Lift and Lash"™ beds - so that instead of you breaking your back leaning over clients - YOU CAN LASH your clients AT A STANDING HEIGHT!! Yes....thats right.....lashing while fully standing. They have standing desks for administrative roles - so why not for you too? Feel like sitting down? - no problem - the beds lower down with whisper-quiet ease.
The entire building is BRAND NEW and the interior is very chic!

-we have two levels that offer different experiences (social lounge for those who like to chat and quiet lounge for those who prefer a more relaxing spa experience
-our clients will have the choice of lazy boy recliners or lashing beds (both designed for the lash artists comfort)

-we are the first to carry our own luxury brand of eye/skin products that are USDA certified organic and were created by the owner to use with eyelash extensions
-we offer commissions on product sales
-we offer hourly salary plus commission on product sales. Tips at this luxe spa are much higher than industry standard!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Minimum one year full time experience in applying eyelash extension (both Classic and Volume experience)
*Certification in classic foundations course (minimum). Certification in volume course preferred
*Sales experience in both product and services (minimum 1 year)
*Customer service experience (retail and/or restaurant fields preferred)
*Ability to build a PERFECTLY spaced fan in .07mm, 4-8D. Fanning on the strip and fanning on double sided tape is required. Must be able to build fans that are short in length also (6-9mm).
*Ability to build a perfect fan and place it - in under 20 seconds
*Ability to work with various curls - C, CC, D (prefer ability to work with L and M curl also)
*Prefer artists who have worked at a lash studio (will consider artists with home studio)
*Prefer artists with experience in Lift and Tints, Brow Lamination and Teeth Whitening (will train the right candidate)

***Must be skilled at an expert level in making Lash fans either on double sided tape or the lash strip itself WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR LASH ARTISTS THAT USE PINCH METHOD
EDUCATION:
*Minimum high school graduate (college or university preferred)
*Prefer aesthetics background or beauty industry experience
*Minimum classic foundation course
*In lieu of formal post secondary education we will consider applicants with equivalent /relevant work experience in the field

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
