CNC Plasma Operator & Welder/Fitter – Afternoon Shift
Location: Mississauga, ON
Are you an experienced CNC Plasma Operator & Welder/Fitter

are seeking a skilled tradesperson who enjoys working in a shopbased
environment, reading blueprints, fabricating precision
components, and assembling complex bulk material handling
systems.

Shift
Monday to Thursday
3:00 PM – 1:20 AM
4-day work week
Compensation
$30.00–$40.00 per hour
Wage based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
Operate CNC plasma cutting equipment to produce accurate components.
Fit, fabricate, weld, and assemble products according to
engineering drawings.
Build and assemble complex bulk material handling equipment.
Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
Safely operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in the aggregate, mining, or bulk material handling industry
Experience working with conveyors, crushers, screening plants, or similar heavy equipment
Previous experience operating a CNC plasma table
Strong blueprint reading, layout, and fabrication skills.
Proven ability to build and assemble products from detailed drawings.
Valid Crane Operator Licence is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality andworkplace safety.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
