This role establishes and drives a clear planning strategy by leading Store Planners and partnering cross functionally to translate business objectives into standardized, consistent store layouts and drawings across formats. It ensures final plans align to enterprise principles and enable efficient execution at scale.
The role requires strong communication skills, strategic recommendations that guide planning decisions across the organization. Understanding the use of advanced analytics and Gen AI tools –enabled insights, supporting faster, more consistent, and higher‑quality decision‑making throughout the planning lifecycle.
The role defines and governs the scope of format projects to protect and grow sales, profitability, and customer experience, with an emphasis on repeatable, high-quality layouts, standardized documentation, and long‑term sustainability rather than one‑off solutions.
The role provides oversight and direction when leveraging in house team as well as third‑party consultants, ensuring all external deliverables align to enterprise layout standards, drawing accuracy, and documentation expectations.
Accountability includes ownership of file consolidation, accurate record keeping, version control, and centralized layout repositories, ensuring planning assets are reliable, audit‑ready, and accessible to the broader organization.
The role partners closely with adjacent teams to evolve design standards, planning tools, and governance models. It leads and develops planners, setting expectations, coaching best practices, driving adoption of AI‑enabled tools, and prioritizing work to deliver enterprise impact.
Qualifications :
- 5-7 Years of Retail planning and design
- BIM / ACC / QA/QC Management and Standards Development
- Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD
- Proficiency of Gen AI tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Bluebeam)

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
