Job Summary
We are seeking part time leading full time a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction and installation tasks, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. This role involves working with hand tools and various materials to install window treatments, ensuring customer satisfaction through precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and draperies, according to specifications and customer preferences.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations safely and efficiently.
Read work order for installation instructions to ensure accurate placement and alignment of window treatments.
Perform restoration work as needed to prepare surfaces for installation.
Apply caulking where necessary to ensure a finished look and seal gaps.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

some experience in window coverings or windows/doors as asset.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation is essential.
Ability to read measurements.
Experience in plumbing, window installation, handy person or other related skills is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
