JOB TITLE: JR FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

REPORTING TO: REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:

The Field Service Technician is a member of our CashTech Team responsible for equipment deployments, installation, and on-going services. A Field Service Technician is a front-line representative for CashTech and responsible to provide professional and courteous customer service with quality workmanship.

Employee Responsibilities:

Represent CashTech in a professional manner while adhering to customer policies and procedures.
Interacting with Customers while providing the highest level of service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for first line maintenance of various equipment including but not limited to currency recyclers, drop safes, image scanners, printers, safe and Networked PC’s.
Diagnose, repair, clean and adjust assemblies or subassemblies, restoring unit to functional standards.
Adhere to escalation policies to ensure customer's SLA’s are met in a timely manner.
Consistent, accurate, timely electronic service ticket maintenance.
Ability to work without supervision.
Work well in a team environment.
Communicating with Customer Care Centre’s to relay job status upon completion of service calls.
Identify business leads and promote growth for the company.
Assist customers with operation and cleaning procedures.
Manage trunk inventory with accuracy and complete periodic cycle counts.

Qualifications Required:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary degree or certificate preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in assembly and/or repair of electro-mechanical components including AC and DC voltages and networked computers.
Clean criminal record check (to be provided by applicant)
Valid driver’s license, insured and licensed reliable vehicle is required.
Must be able to work from detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions.
Ability to stand, sit, kneel or bend for extended periods. May need to stand for several hours at a time.
Ability to lift a maximum of 75 lbs. There is no lifting overhead however should be able to push upwards.
Ability to use lift equipment, roll bars, and crowbars.
Ability to use power tools including but not limited to drills, hammer drills. Minor soldering skills are required.
Ability use of test equipment including digital multi meter.
Ability to take standby and call outs on scheduled weekends.
Comfortable with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs.
Ability to work in a mobile office setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
