The Opportunity
You're a marketer at heart, someone who thrives on turning ideas into campaigns, concepts into compelling content, and product value into messages and materials that resonate.
As a Marketing Specialist supporting our Group Insurance line of business, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and internal partners to create campaigns, tools, and materials that help advisors connect with their clients. From enrollment guides and presentations to digital content and sales tools, you will bring our offerings to life in a clear and engaging way.
You will also support how we communicate with our distribution network, contributing to email campaigns and helping keep our partners informed and engaged.

What You'll Do
Create marketing materials that showcase our Group Insurance offerings, including advisor presentations, sales tools, and content across print, digital, web, and social media.
Support the visibility and positioning of the Group Insurance line of business by developing content that highlights our key differentiators and value proposition.
Contribute to email campaigns and help build and nurture the contact lists that keep our distribution network informed and engaged.
Coordinate and maintain a marketing calendar, meeting with internal teams to align priorities and ensure planned activities reflect the goals of the Group Insurance line of business.
Support events and initiatives that contribute to the visibility of our Group Insurance line of business across our distribution network.

What You'll Need
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in marketing roles.
Excellent written and communication skills in both French and English.
Ability to articulate value and adapt messaging for different audiences.
Solid understanding of marketing principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing and content creation tools is an asset.
Knowledge of group insurance is considered an asset.
