Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused setting where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Prior experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries
Vacuum, dust, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine environment
Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly
Follow safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with laundry duties as needed and restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas

Experience

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required
Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles is a plus
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
