We are OPEN to the PUBLIC and work closely with homeowners and contractors. MCR takes pride in offering a top service with top quality products to meet all our customer’s needs. Our wide range of building products includes drywall, steel framing, acoustical ceiling tiles, architectural specialty ceilings, insulation, fasteners, plaster, metal roofing & siding, security mesh, rebar, ICF (Insulated concrete forms), FRP (Fiberglass reinforced Plastic) and much more.

MCR Buidling Supplies LTD. is currently seeking an Branch Manager to help us keep growing, help in various projects, help us improve in various departments and be a high energy self-starting personally with a "can do" attitude. Reporting directly to the president, the candidate will have the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Help with various projects from highly complicated to small tedious projects.

- Help, Develop, Coach, Mentor Assistant Managers and other staff.

- Manage reports and P&L to monitor and achieve company performance goals.

- Be a role model for the company's values, culture and work ethic standards.

- Be able to fill in with most operational positions and help train fellow employees.

- Work closely with the sales department and managers to make sure our customers are always priority #1 and happy.

- Provide quality control in various departments

- Hire, Communicate, Make Employees Accountable

- Able to do customer service, quoting and invoicing

- Marketing Experience, being French and English bilingual & Forklift driving experience are all NOT required but considered an asset.
