West-Wood Industries manufactures high quality, custom wood windows and doors, sold throughout Canada and the United States under the brand name Norwood Windows & Doors. We mill our own wood onsite and are proud of our quality products.
Our facility has over 250,000 sq ft of floor space spread across six buildings where we transform raw Atlantic Canadian lumber into custom doors and windows.

What You Can Expect in the Role(s):
- Using power tools to manipulate wood products.
- Reviewing work to ensure an accurate and precise work.
- Maintaining schedule to ensure production stays on time.
- Complete basic maintenance on machinery.
- Operating millwork machinery (finger joints, moulders, CNC etc.)
- Reading measuring tapes
- Cutting and assembling glass units for windows and doors
- Patching and sanding wooden components
- Working alone or as a team

Qualifications
- Proficient in woodworking techniques and practices
- Experience operating various power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Understanding of Tag & Lock Out protocol
- Physical stamina and capability to perform manual labor tasks
