Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and print design, with expertise in visual storytelling, branding, and user interface elements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, including marketing campaigns, website design, and multimedia content. The successful applicant will be proficient in industry-standard tools and possess a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Duties

Develop engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
Design logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral that align with brand identity
Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and other tools to enhance multimedia presentations
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce UI/UX designs for websites and applications using Figma, Sketch, or InVision
Build responsive web designs utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress to ensure optimal user experience
Produce high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, and reports using Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW
Apply typography principles to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal across all visual assets
Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Stay updated on current design trends and continuously improve skills in digital design tools

Experience

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects in digital and print media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) along with familiarity with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
Experience designing user interfaces (UI) and understanding of user-centered design principles
Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with WordPress website management and customization is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, visual design principles, and branding strategies
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients or team members
Experience working on marketing campaigns or digital advertising projects is advantageous

Preferred Candidate

Has a portfolio of at least 3 projects
Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design in the marketing industry.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
