About us

That's Italian Ristorante is a small business in Woodbridge, ON L4L 3Y9. We are customer-centric, engaging, rewarding and our goal is to provide our guests with an amazing dining experience. We need great people to help serve and promote our great food!. We're CLOSED on every major holiday including Family Day. Our kitchen closed by 9:30pm daily.

We are seeking expert Servers with a high-energy, friendly personality to join our team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and has experience taking meal orders and serving food while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

Work on a team to make sure the food and drink come out in a timely fashion.
Manage customer expectations.
Keep track of orders and drinks.
Work with other staff to help solve problems.
Answer questions about the menu and drinks.
Be friendly and communicate with customers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
Smart-serve required.
Good command of the English language. Written and oral.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE APPLYING:

Pay is bi-weekly via company cheque. Please do not inquire about being paid in CASH.
Tips are either paid daily from cash received or via cheque, with no deductions, every Monday.
Tips are pooled with fellow waitstaff (no more than 2 - 3 per shift).
Tip-out is 5% (unless you have low sales and/or get 'stiffed', then none is expected).
We ALL help each other out, any duty as assigned.
