Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and professional Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, managing food orders, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to sanitation and food safety standards. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidates.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to ensure a positive dining experience
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
Assist with food handling, food preparation, and sanitation to maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and table turnover
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and ensure order accuracy
Handle guest inquiries professionally, addressing concerns promptly to promote guest satisfaction
Support overall restaurant operations through effective teamwork and communication

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
