Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to support the growth of our client portfolio across Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and securing staffing service agreements.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Quebec.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, networking, and client visits.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Present and promote staffing and recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client workforce challenges and propose tailored staffing strategies.
- Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Fluent in French; English is considered a strong asset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel throughout Quebec for client meetings and business development activities when required.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
- Ability to confidently communicate with business clients in both languages.
