Pawsome | Your Pet Concierge is seeking caring, reliable individuals with pet-free homes to join our team of Professional Pet Companions.

Unlike traditional boarding facilities, kennels, or pet-sitting platforms, we provide highly personalized boarding experiences. Each pet is carefully matched to a caregiver home, and we never mix dogs from different families. You will host one dog, or multiple pets from the same household, allowing you to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a calm, home environment.

Your Role

As a Professional Pet Companion, you will welcome dogs into your home and provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment while their families are away.

This is not a daycare environment and not a kennel. Our goal is to provide pets with a true home-away-from-home experience.

Responsibilities

Host dogs in your home for overnight and extended stays.
Provide individualized care, companionship, and supervision.
Follow each pet's feeding, exercise, medication, and care routines.
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Monitor pets' health, behaviour, and well-being.
Share photos, videos, and updates with our concierge team.
Deliver a premium level of service that reflects Pawsome's standards.
Provide exclusive care for one pet or one family of pets at a time.

Requirements

Pet-free home required.
Experience caring for dogs, either personally or professionally.
Comfortable with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments.
Strong communication skills and reliability.
Ability to provide a calm, structured, and welcoming environment.
Willingness to obtain Pet First Aid & CPR certification (training available).
Passion for providing exceptional care and building trust with pet families.
