Customer Service Representative - Insurance Benefits
Location: Remote (Local to Montreal, QC)
Duration: 03 Months
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must be Fluent in French and English Both Written and Verbal
- Work will be done locally virtual from home
- Must be available for a shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily - Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Will respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats and tickets based on client parameters providing top notch expertise
- Will develop a knowledge of products, services etc. and effectively convey this information to customers
- Engage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and defuse situations as needed
- Document details of customer’s inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues in a comprehensible way
- Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and morale
- Ability to identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers and providing solutions and/or alternatives
Required Experience and Skills
- Fluent in Frech and English both verbal and written
- Previous customer service or call center work experience in insurance program support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication, empathy and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and run time effectively
- Writes clearly and concisely
- Committed to providing superior customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Tasks require judgment and critical thinking skills
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
Required Education
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Experience:
- Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)
