Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Production & Account Coordinator to support a fast-paced fashion company specializing in private label programs. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between major retail accounts, suppliers, and the internal production team. You will help ensure smooth communication, manage time-sensitive requests, and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in managing key private label accounts
Communicate with buyers via email in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with overseas suppliers and internal production teams to ensure deadlines are met
Manage and track urgent requests or changes with a strong sense of urgency
Send tech packs and gather required approvals throughout the development process
Input and maintain data accurately in Excel (costing sheets, timelines, etc.)
Monitor samples, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely deliveries
Understand garment construction and terminology to communicate effectively across departments
Keep all moving parts aligned and proactively follow up to avoid delays

Requirements:

Prior experience in the fashion industry, preferably in private label or account coordination
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of garment construction, tech packs, and product development timelines
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
Mandarin speaking a plus!

Bonus:

Experience working with overseas factories/suppliers
Knowledge of PLM or ERP systems
