Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our organization. You will be instrumental in assisting with roofing projects, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting the overall progress of our construction sites. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in roofing, carpentry, and general labour while contributing to high-quality building projects. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, your energy and dedication will help us deliver exceptional results on every job.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as membrane roof rolls, shingles, plywood, and metal sheets to support roofing tasks
Required to read, write and understand English.
Use caulking techniques to seal joints and prevent leaks on roofing structures
Support carpentry tasks as related to roofing.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal safety and that of team members during all activities

Qualifications

Experience with hand tools, construction sites, or handyman work preferred but not required
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
Roofing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Good physical condition with the stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
