We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Service Coordinator to join our team at our Moose Jaw location.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is a key leader in Doepker’s trailer collision, refurbishing, and repair department. As the point person on the sales team, you will ensure we deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and margin targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Selling and marketing Doepker’s top-of-the-line trailer collision, refurbishing and service work to trailer owners across Western Canada.
· Securing service work that meets budget, generates revenue, and matches the capacity of the team.
· Assisting with developing and updating monthly and yearly service budgets.
· Evaluating and controlling margin, costs and labor within the trailer body and refurbishing bay.
· Handling and quoting retail service work and communicating with customers accordingly.
· Ensuring customer concerns regarding service-related and warranty-related repairs are dealt with in a timely and controlled manner.
· Accurately scheduling all warranty and service jobs to integrate with new trailer production schedules.
· Ordering and coordinating all parts required to complete service and repair jobs on time.
· Ensuring all parts and labor used on jobs and work orders are tracked accurately and within Doepker internal systems and applied to appropriate work orders.
· Communicating with team members in other departments in a professional manner to ensure jobs are completed safely and on time.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Five or more years’ experience in a commercial transport or automotive collision environment quoting jobs and working with insurance companies.
· Collision or mechanical training within semi-trailer, commercial transport or the automotive industry would be an asset.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions, build relationships, and influence decision-makers.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field would be an asset.
· Technical and structural knowledge of Doepker products and components will be essential.
· Class 1A license and two years or more experience driving commercial truck would be an asset.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
