Are you passionate about heavy machinery, fabricated steel, and designing products that actually get built? At Cross Country Manufacturing, you won’t be designing parts that live only on a screen, you’ll see your ideas roll out the door as rugged, hard-working trailers used across construction and aggregate industries.
We are a growing, innovative manufacturer of heavy-duty on- and off-road trailers, known for quality, durability, and attention to detail. To keep pushing our products forward, we’re expanding our in-house drafting and design team and looking for a Production Drafter who wants hands-on experience, ownership of projects, and room to grow.

· Hand-on manufacturing exposure – collaborate directly with production and occasionally get on the shop floor to perform root cause analysis.
· Real influence – your design decisions directly impact cost, quality, and usability.
· Variety & growth – work with our third-party design firm in new product development, design improvements, and evolving changes.
· Supportive, creative environment – a growing company that promotes from within and invests in learning.
