Overview
We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our busy installation crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials with precision and attention to detail. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The candidates must be able to work as team as well as individually.

We offer dental/health benefits after 6 months.

We are seeking individuals for our crew- no sub contractors please.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing subfloors to ensure proper installation
Measure, cut, and install various flooring materials including vinyl plank, hardwood, laminate, sheet vinyl, and carpet using hand tools and power tools
Use caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques to ensure a clean and professional appearance
Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation or material handling
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client specifications

Experience

Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction roles is preferred
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment
Strong understanding of safety procedures within the construction environment

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship and construction. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
