Full job description

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a part time Office, Admin, and Showroom Assistant. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect position for you.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary but may include the following:

Customer Service: Answer phone calls, greet customers in the showroom, and assist with inquiries.
Administrative Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day office tasks such invoicing, filing and data entry.
Sales: Create/assist with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups.
Purchasing/Shipping/Receiving: Issue purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and receive orders. Package, label, and coordinate shipments to customers.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate on social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
Showroom/Office Maintenance: Ensure the showroom and office remain tidy, organized, and inviting for customers.
Project Support: Provide assistance with estimating and coordinating large-scale projects.

Excellent computer literacy with the ability to navigate various digital tools and systems effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Great interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
An interest in sales or marketing.
