As a growing family-run accounting firm in Duncan, BC, we are looking for an organized and personable Administrative Executive / Client Services Coordinator to become an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and greeting visitors
Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Maintain organized records of all administrative documents and files, digital and paper
Prepare, print, and compile tax return packages prepared by our accounting team
Manage incoming calls and general administrative inquiries
Process client payments via Square, cash, and cheque

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably with office experience in a professional setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Additional Information

Full-time, permanent position
Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts
In-person role based in Duncan, BC
Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office environment
