Full job description

Rotor Maxx Support is a full service Transport Canada AMO.

We believe in delivering products and services that exceed industry standards with the shortest turnaround times possible, while offering a family oriented working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance on aircraft under the direction of an Avionics Lead Hand
Perform all maintenance activities in accordance with the applicable airworthiness standards
Complete all paperwork for assigned tasks in an accurate and timely matter
Proper use of PPE equipment and recognizing safety as a number one priority
General Hangar cleanup and organization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Completion of Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance program
General understanding of electrical systems and ability to understand appropriate manuals, schematics, and technical information necessary to perform duties
Must have own basic toolbox & tools
Ability to take initiative, take direction and learn quickly
Multitasking and flexibility abilities
Mechanically inclined, ability to work with your hands
Computer knowledge
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Physically fit, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as climb, kneel, and work frequently in tight spaces.
Previous aviation experience on S-61 and S-76 is an asset
Must pass Controlled Goods Assessment

Working Conditions:

Position is Hangar based but applicant must be willing to travel if required.
Normal shift is Mon-Fri 8hours/day; Willing to work overtime or unusual shifts, as required.
Standard benefits package available after probationary period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
