Full job description

Beban Park Golf Course & Driving Range is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Clubhouse & Range Attendant to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers while helping keep the clubhouse, driving range, and facility clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities including customer service, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and driving range operations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for golfers of all ages and skill levels
Answer customer questions regarding pricing, programs, rentals, lessons, and facility rules
Open and close the clubhouse following daily procedures and checklists
Process transactions using our POS and Moneris systems
Maintain inventory and restock snacks, beverages, golf balls, scorecards, rental clubs, and merchandise
Keep the clubhouse, patio, washrooms, and customer areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift
Perform nightly closing duties including cash-outs, cleaning, vacuuming, shutting down systems, and securing the facility
Operate the range picker to collect driving range balls safely and efficiently
Wash, sort, and load golf balls into the ball dispensing machine as needed
Assist with general facility upkeep and other daily operational tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service, retail, or cashier experience preferred
Golf knowledge or golf course/driving range experience is considered an asset
Serving It Right certification strongly preferred
Comfortable working independently and following structured routines and procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively during busy periods
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and safely operate a small utility cart/range picker
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization

Job Type: Part-time
