Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with analytical skills, leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to reach targeted audiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess strong technical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to achieving measurable success. Preference will be given to local candidates who have strong connections within the community and relevant experience in the custom-made textile, apparel, embroidery, printing, or promotional products industry.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for promotional materials, social media posts, and website updates.
Utilize WordPress to update website content, enhance site functionality, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
Execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, promote products or services, and increase customer retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and product launches.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Candidates who are willing to receive training in customized textile and apparel products and develop a solid understanding of the company's products and operating procedures will be highly valued, as this knowledge is essential for delivering effective marketing support and enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and HTML/CSS coding for customization purposes.
Familiarity with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords platform management.
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis or database management is a plus.
Basic understanding of JavaScript for website enhancements is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills for creating engaging content across multiple channels.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and participate in training on customized textile and apparel products.
Ability to understand and follow the basic workflow of textile customization, including product consultation, printing, embroidery, and garment customization processes.
A proactive attitude toward learning new products and production procedures to better support marketing, customer communication, and business development.
Ability to apply product knowledge in marketing activities, helping customers understand customization options and recommend suitable solutions.
