Executive Kitchen Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team and work alongside our District Manager in overseeing the operations of multiple kitchens across our group.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, maintaining high culinary standards, and driving operational excellence. You will support our Kitchen Managers, strengthen our teams, and help ensure every location delivers exceptional food and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Kitchen Managers and kitchen teams.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution across all locations.
- Monitor food costs, labour costs, inventory, and purchasing to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing kitchen staff.
- Support menu implementation, recipe consistency, and portion control.
- Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, efficiency, and performance.
- Travel between locations to provide operational support and hands-on leadership.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing high-volume commercial kitchens.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, labour controls, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop successful teams.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Red Seal certification is an asset but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
