Full job description

Job Summary:

We're looking for a friendly and detail-driven Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. If you’re a natural communicator who thrives in quiet hours and values precision, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
Assist with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
Handle reservations and maintain accurate guest records using our hotel system
Process payments securely and follow all cash-handling protocols
Perform nightly audits and prepare end-of-day financial reports
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and stock supplies
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
Monitor security systems to ensure overnight safety of guests and property

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality or front desk preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently and stay alert during night hours
Highly organized with attention to detail—especially for audits
Knowledge of front desk procedures and hospitality best practices

Additional for night shifts
