Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our door to door marketing team in Nanaimo, BC.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our painting business by acquiring leads and distributing marketing material.

The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate well, is personable and knows how to display a positive attitude.

This position is great if you are someone who is looking for part-time work and wants a flexible schedule. You can expect 6-20 hours a week, but you can work more if desired.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door to door marketing activities to promote our painting services
Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling and canvassing
Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Have a working knowledge of our services and answer costumers questions
Work and communicate well with others as we typically work in pairs

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation
Vehicle is an asset but not required
Experience is an asset but not required (all employees will be fully trained in the field)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently: The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work without a supervisor
