Job Summary

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Sort and price Inventory based on store standards.
Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to increase sales
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during shifts
Use phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone when needed
Support inventory management through merchandising, stock replenishment, and product placement
Assist with basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is preferred
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our customer base
Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in product displays and inventory management
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately under pressure
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers in product demos
Prior experience in upselling and sales techniques is advantageous
Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
