Full job description

BC Owned & Operated Johnston Wholesale is seeking a dynamic, entry level salesperson / merchandiser to join our Sales Team. This position is for a Central Vancouver Island territory and is a Full Time, Monday to Friday schedule.

No cold calls
Weekly, structured route
Great customer base

Although retail grocery experience is an asset, no experience is required. Our extensive transition training and helpful supervisory staff make for an easy learning process & an enjoyable work environment.

Skills and Characteristics:

Exhibits strong interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills
Must be able to successfully implement work independently.

Job Requirements;

Eagerness to learn
Reliable Vehicle
Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs & occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, kneel, or crouch.
