Export Manager

Location: Neepawa

Your days will include:

Managing daily export operations and coordinating international pork shipments
Ensuring compliance with CFIA regulations and importing country requirements
Coordinating inspections, certification, and communication with CFIA officials
Reviewing and maintaining accurate export documentation, traceability, and records
Partnering with Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Logistics to execute compliant shipments on schedule
Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing required updates
Investigating export non-conformances and supporting compliance audits
Maintaining export procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
Performing other related duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Experience in export operations or regulatory compliance within food or meat manufacturing
Knowledge of CFIA requirements, HACCP, and regulatory audit processes
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-compliance environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation systems
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
Grade 12 minimum; post-secondary in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
